COVID-19 Updates

In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.

Due to the evolving changes during COVID-19, we will be making minor changes in the hospital.

The safety of our veterinarians, staff and clients is of top priority. To safely remain open during this epidemic, we are following CVMA Practice Recommendations.

You will be required to wear a face mask upon entering the facility.

We are currently doing curbside service, you will be asked to wait in your vehicle during your pets appointment. You will be informed of our policy while scheduling your appointment. Special accommodations will be made for unfortunate situations (i.e. Euthanasia’s).

We are scheduling appointments at appropriate intervals to avoid clients and pets arriving at the same time. As we are trying our best to care for all of our patients, we may not be able to accommodate same day appointments.

Please call in advance to schedule any appointment or pick up any prescriptions. Walk-Ins will kindly be declined.

Our lobby will be limited to one client in the lobby at a time. If you arrive and someone is currently being assisted, please wait until you are called in. We recommend calling once you arrive to reserve your place in line, as there may be someone else scheduled to come in.

What to expect during your pets visit:

When you arrive, give us a call to check in. Your nurse will take a detailed history of any concerns you may have. They will then ask you to meet them at the door, at this point your pet will be taken to the back for the veterinarians examination. You may wait in your vehicle during the appointment. The veterinarian on staff will perform a thorough exam and provide you with a call at your requested number with the exam findings and recommendations. A copy of the estimate will be emailed to the address we have on file, and gone over with you by your nurse. Once the estimate has been approved by you, you may either pay over phone or briefly step in. You will be provided with an invoice of your visit.

Appointments may take 30min – 1 hour because of this process. We do ask for your patience.

How we are maintaining a clean and safe environment:

At our front desk we will have hand sanitizing sprays for your use. Our counters are regularly disinfected with sanitizing wipes hourly by our staff. We have installed Plexiglass where contact with our staff may occur.

The staff is to wash our hands with Chlorhexidine solution after each patient or handling medication, cash.

Please call our facility if you do have any further questions.
